Requested Permissions

    We use this to access user's attributes such as email, department, office to generate signatures by mail merging these attributes with signature templates and to apply filters to assign different signatures to users.

  • View groups on your domain

    We will need basic group information to apply email signatures for group mailboxes.

  • View group subscriptions on your domain

    THelps us see users group membership so that we can apply correct signatures if group memberships are used in signature group rules.

  • View customer-related information

    Allows us to retrieve customer identity and organizational details for accurate account matching within SIGNandGO.
